more than ebita, growth etc., stripe will be interested for Tyro's tech (qhich is far superior than others) as its not in terminal business yet. They might want to acquire Tyro and roll it out to worldwide ( they have the financial backing to do so). Stripe is also planning for IPO so it could be a tick in the box for terminal operations feature.
