Unless you have access to level 2 & you know the name of the broker Regal is using hard to tell if Regal is leaving ?
We will know soon enough if they are moving out as there should be a "change of interests of substantial holder" annoucement.
The fact that Wilsons increased their holding from 29 mil to 35 mil (in Nov 23) is a very a good sign.

@Cheeky-Charm was right Phil King has built some notoriety with his controversial short positions (pls see AFR article). Although if he was planning to divest wouldn't he be better off drip feeding his 4.92% (25,747,944 shares) at the daily VWAP over several weeks ? The advance to the earnings would have been just perfect ?
