The 5%+ sub holders buy, sell, short, lend out, cover and transfer shares to sub entities in all different jurisdictions around the world. All the while not moving their holding more than 1% to trigger a notice that would blow their cover as the responsible party for the day to day manipulation….
Many of these investment houses are absolute shockers to have on any company's register.
Life as a retail punter sucks unfortunately. Watching the screen trade by trade only ever raise more questions than it answers. After 20 years in this game, ive realised that Investing in solid thematics and fundamentally strong companies is kinda the only way to play it. Patience and ignoring the day to day absolutely key, especially in a stock like TYR. Not advice, my opinion only.
