They didn’t lose customers with Lightspeed as Lightspeed had to pay 10 million dollars for not abiding to the contract they signed with tyro payments and telling merchants they will incur more fees if they kept tyro terminals and small number of merchants changed over. Tyro informed that the market they were going to take legal action against Lightspeed for breaking the contract. Not all Lightspeed merchants moved over to their own payment provider. I see tyro terminals with Lightspeed POS.
they have so many other POS providers they have partnered with it didn’t impact tyro at all.
