    Bannister Law is yet to receive a substantive response to the documents sent to Tyro and proceedings have not yet been filed.

    I'm no expert on law but a 4 person firm with a loads class action "under investigation" and only 1 resolved doesn't seem to be a threat to Tyro IMO
