the article itself comes across that way but if someone is financially gaining from shorting whilst disadvantaging tyro shareholder then it's something that needs to be looked into.

Sharing or quoting a activist short selling article is unethical and not the norm in the industry, it crosses lines.

I'm going to look into it and share as much as possible just to make sure there is nothing more too it.
