i'm not a lawyer but I don't think customers have any legal case here. You can type " Tyro Merchants agreement " and read the documents yourself. I don't think tyro can be blamed for negligence for the unforeseen situations. I was thinking may be some sort of compensation would be offered by Tyro as goodwill gesture and establish trust among customers. But legal case, I don't think so.
