Taking a look at the financial report:

tyro has no debt and earns interest on its cash
profit would have been over $40 million if it wasn't for impairment on intangible assets and depreciation so cash flow was obviously very strong.

year on year costs are flat yet revenues increasing. This business should be hitting its critical mass point now - albeit in a bit of a financial crisis. But to be honest, Tyro has built its business mostly in tough times. Imagine if it had had good financial times over the past few years?

i find the recent 30% drop strange on a fundamentals basis. And 10% down in just the last 3 days! Really?
tyro doesn't need low interest rates (it actually makes money out of interest) - it just needs people spending money in shops which is actually the problem with the global economy at the moment - too many people are spending money at shops and the economy is too robust to stop inflation. Also inflation should be good in some ways for a transaction provider as transaction volumes are higher.

just don't get this price movement at the moment
