Tyro has bent over merchants and given them a shafting in search of EBITA growth.
Hopefully shareholders enjoy some benefits in the way of increased profits and ultimately lift the SP.
However IMO with the current board strategy, there will inevitably come a decline in active merchants and total transactions conducted through Tyro.
Once again from my own personal experience as new terminal coming next week with another provider at a customised rate. Unfortunately Tyro would not customise my rate as falsely advertised or I got the wrong person on the day, although 2 emails have not been responded to requesting a review.
My Tyro Terminal will be kept incase of emergency as a back up, until the request it be returned due to low volume.
