Refunds a big deal as well as Eftpos Debit transactions which are probably 40% of total transactions.
Was 25 cents per transaction which now increased to 0.8 - 1.00%
Approaches to Tyro for a customised pricing where responded with enable the surcharging on your terminal and you can charge your customers.
IMO this equates to a short term sugar hit to the finacials followed by a 10-15% loss of Tyro merchants longer term.
Unsure of what the strategy is with this long term.
