It took them 16 days to replace ours. Then we had to put them on chargers for the rest of the day before could use them. We're going to have 2 providers from now on , so that we always have a fallback. Heads need to roll. Tuesday was a dead cat bounce. The stock won't recover until Robbie gets rolled.
