So, because of a technical glitch which TYR didn't cause and are doing their darndest to remediate, and because your seemingly very small enterprise didn't have anything in the way of a back up plan, the CEO must go and "heads need to roll"...?
Seems petulant at best and truly silly if, as you declare, you hold TYR...
