It's been mentioned before. Long term, there are structural issues with Tyro.
There has been a lot of window dressing to achieve nominal profitability, taking out costs aka reducing engineering erodes future software and Tyro's software stack is complicated and difficult to scale. In addition, Square has invested more money in Australia than Tyro has in 20 years.
If Potentia were to lob a bid close to $2, I would want to take it.
