    $1.85 is what Westpac would have had to offer if it were to beat Tyro's offer of $1.60. This is because of Potentia's agreement with Grok which states that Grok will sell it's stake in Tyro to Potentia, unless a third party makes a higher offer, that is at least 25 cents more than Potentia's.

    So if Potentia do make an offer, it could be less than the $1.85, but would have to be greater than $1.60. Not that the board would accept such an offer.
