The difficulty in my view is that BOD need to act in the best interests of ALL shareholders. So accepting $1.85 may be tricky, while creating a situation where Potentia walk away means they may or not be able to add value in th e years ahead to justify $2.20 ish plus per share.
It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I think it might end with BOD rejecting anything under $2 and the larger players and Potential effectively progressing to accumulate a controlling stake.
