I think the key is the auditors or potentia haven't found anything fatal. Its just the market is not favourable at the moment. I think Tyro will be fine with or without take over as business is doing well and they are on the right track to achieve the guidance for this FY and the next.
If the interested parties are smart they would gobble it now at possibly 25% premium or after the market has picked up at 100% premium which is the cost you pay for certainty.
Personally I'm a buyer at $1.30-1.40 range.
