I think based your assertions there, you've misleadingly over valued the company. I'd want the SP to increase as much as the next person but your TP is way too high. Further, none of those translate into numbers, that's just not how you value a company.
From a acquirer's standpoint, no one will pay more than double the 52 weeks VWAP or multiples of current SP. Additionally the current macro environment just do not allow rich valuation regardless of how strong a company is fundamentally.
