I am saying Tyro payments valuation is undervalued currently so companies like Potentia private equity want to buy at a low price. The valuation will increase after they are in the ASX 200 with more higher bids as the company will keep delivery consistent results and they will be in profit by this year.
They have interests from the major banks CBA, NAB and Westpac for takeovers. This is great news for Tyro and this shows that this company will be a target down the track.
