tz filing this week

According to previous post below, TZ will be filing this week.

According to our Dutch associates this also coincide with this week's release of the Duttons/Redondo Reports......which makes sense given they will have more to talk about.

Anyway it looks like this will definitely, for sure, without doubt, undeniably be the last week that TZ will be at never to be repaeated, "we're closing down on the ASX" Sale Prices..... never again will we see a sub $4 SP (never again that is until the 10 for 1 split on NASDAQ after we hit $400 late next year..does that match your forecast TC?).

Ok guys so nows the time to scrape up all your loose change, sell your organs on the black market in India, and raid your chldren's piggy banks......before you miss the TZ gravy train!

However if we dont see a filing this week, we can then assume that filing will be delayed. So maybe hedge your bets...and sell your kidneys...but keep the liver for now.

The transfer of existing security holders (ie all of us) to a new jurisdiction (ie the NASDAQ global exchange) no longer requires the additional step of the no action request formality (the old IPO kick off). The way is now cleared to direct SEC filing. This will be published on their website (that is what you were all trawling for last week) at the time of filing and you should now see that in 3 weeks, indicating that the IPO could occur in 16 weeks if CSNY advises. Remember QVT deadline must not be exceeded so why would they just delay a month? Does not serve any purpose. A delay beyond that means the TZ principals lose 10%. I'm sure they would seriously entertain that!!
