Upon reading the new "executives" have obligations and there are several sections that need to be addressed by them upon appointment. Especially if the Chairman or other board members decide to alter their roles in the upcoming indicated actions/changes.
Considering the CFO is now part of this his obligations are now much broader and need to be more up to date on the financial situation, rather than a pure reporting role.
Hopefully it is understood this post is substantiated and IMO.
