One very simple question. You are known to be well connected with Andrew Sigalla - why didn't you taken action when the QVT interest payment was not made?

This has created the major issue at hand.

I think your group lacks integrity and this will count against you when it comes down to it. Personally I think the new board have very relevant experience and will appoint the right personnel in due course.
Whether what else you say is correct or not will be revealed when the board make their release during this week in reference to QVT and customer engagements.
