    I agree that it is always good to see directors buying. But not always. If there is a major news item on its way
    then directors in the know are not allowed to buy. So who knows. Further to salary rises. This is probably done with a view to Nasdaq listing. A new U.S. chairman costs a bit more than an Australian one.
