Yes, I too am sitting on paper losses, approaching 6 figures now on this one at this time. While I am disappointed at the extended delay in what is ostensibly a straitforward process, I can readily imagine the frantic behind-the-scenes activity leading up to the AGM. Am I worried into selling (even if there was a ready market for my holdings)? Not a bit. I've seen it all before many times. Irritation is manageable provided it is not immediately followed by intense aggravation due to impatience only to see the price recover dramatically on the expected news. I'm thinking mining and biotech. This is a prime example of why I don't put more than 10% into a single stock. It means emotions and fiscal pressures are ameliorated to a large extent. The quantum of irritation remains and will increase significantly if the in-group don't rally soon. Having said that I managed to pick up one or two bargains yesterday in an idle moment!
