Hang on YR - isn't the accepted wisdom in some parts around here that PDT is a stand-alone company self-managed out of New York that has no bearing on the accounts, strip it out etc. etc., and which should not form part of the Board's remuneration, yet now it's the Board's fault that there's been a blip in performance? Pleeease!
That said, not the result I was looking for, but I see no reason for the hand-wringing going on at present. TZL in its entirety will come good, better than good, IMO, just not in the timeframe some want.
