with tfs up for sale any company which is looking to buy will need to conduct due diligence now tfs has thousands of employees at plants/offices all over the globe this process wont happen in a few days but rather weeks,i dont expect to hear anything for a few weeks at least.but mind you i believe if TZ is successful then it will be a huge fastening company globally.i hold and buy the dips.
