I reckon if there is mass sharing of messages and content to a "public" extent/scope - then it will get banned.
Eventually -you will need to be identified when you are in the internet-space.
Once you are driving on the highway - you will need to be identified, If you are merely walking on the side road (browsing?) - no need just yet.
