I know from personal experience that when clients start talking about getting into biotechs that CCE is one of the first off the line. If you have been watching CCE market depth there has obviously been large instos coming in from time to time over recent months building positions - this is likely to slow down over the next six months with the delays in US approvals - though the 45 - 50c range will be fairly safe - below this I would be a strong buyer.
