DD - in relation to Phase III , the one application where MSB has met with FDA was BMT( Bone Marrow).

The next anticipated Phase III which MSB are planning to meet with FDA on is CHF ( on completion of the Phase II 60 patient Heart failure trials). MY understanding is at the time of the the 10/1/11 ASX annoucement, it was 6 months since the final and 60th patient was enrolled ( i,.e 60th patient enrolled around June 2010). In reference to the annoucement, the Phase II trial can only be completed when ALL patients are followed up for a period of 12 months. This makes it around July 2011 ( accords with SCEquities estimates).

As noted by previous posters, we expect an update on other applications which could be either of the other 7 applications ..Diabetes ; Disk Repair, Knees; Spinal fusion ect) plus Manufacturing deal.
