All we need now is for Obama to come out and say, after receiving sound advice from experts in the industry and facts based on science, we have unanomously come to the conclusion that nuclear is the only way we will achieve our climate targets.
I believe this statement is not far away, for the simple reason that he will have no choice. Plus the U.S. government will not let themselves get left behind.
It also would not at all suprise me to hear that the U.S. government will offer assistance to mining companies with home grown(mined) uranium resources.
