    my guess:

    Insto's trading computers loading up before the next run to higher ground ($ 3 levels)

    what's a trading computer - IMO - it's a computer hooked up to the trading system that sucks up shares w/out letting the SP increase too much - by buying and dumping at the same - that's my guess
