    Someone may have already calculated this, but I cant find it....

    Before the CR, there were 364M shares on offer at $1, so MC = $364M.
    Add $50M cash and 83.3M shares; MC = $414M and 448.3M shares
    So diluted SP = $414M / 448.3 = $0.923
    Does this look right?
