Yeah fantastic news (sarcasm).... nuclear right next to our biggest urban population center. What could go wrong? In the event of an invasion all a navy would need to do is target the facility as a ready made dirty bomb. The panic that insues as people rush out of the city would mean a pretty quick end to things...
People with no brains making stupid decisions...that thing should be far from the only city in our state.
