So, instead of investing in obtaining THE GOVERNMENT LICENSE TO MINE, the single most important thing a mining executive can achieve, do to de-risk and add value to a known mineral resource, he usrs shareholder money to investsin his other companies? Leaving Wiluna a strandrd asset, until either a liberal govt gets in in 2025, or a policy reversal takes place?
