We are getting free value from the Top end of town. Many multinationals also have big U interests in WA. Cameco, BHP, Paladin Energy.
The world is facing a 20-30 year shortage. Word on the street is that there is a big push to change this stone age policy.
Lithium, Rare Earths etc is slow going so the labour market in regional areas is easing up.
