Dont think so. To me it looks like they are being deliberately grey here. If they were truly allowed to; they would be absolutely making more of a big deal out of it. I think deliberately grey; or just conveniently slack in terms of updating the market and their investor materials. Dont know how asx looks at this kind of compliance thing, but to the common punter to me it seems misleading. Just IMHO, DYOR
