Just because they can't actually mine though, i dont think thats the end of the world. They have plenty of work they need to do with studies and maybe further exploration, which they can continue doing under the current approvals / policy - that is why i have hold sentiment. THe policy will change in time; no doubt about it. The real damage here is the lack of transparency which just builds on clear investor angst about the performance of management. Own the current situation and cleary communicate and then actually do what you say you will do. Its not hard.
