How to replace this whole board asap?
I will be happy if either Mike Young or Vanessa Guthrie or Siobhan Lancaster could replace RH ASAP
Not sure if any of the shareholders has the power to initiate the replacement since there's no CEO and RH is the Executive Chairman (or 1 man show). The other 2 idle directors are there to receive salaries and support RH. BTW, there are based in Canada.
Waiting for a favourable election outcome is not option and could takes years
