no it’s not. In the US they call it a fuel mineral so don’t put it on their critical minerals list. There is no hard and fast rule and each country can choose. I believe the Minerals Council made a submission to have it added to the list here in Australia but government didn’t take up the issue. Another lost opportunity from Albanese and Bowen. Clearly they are so anti nuclear they wouldn’t do anything that could encourage any sort of growth in the industry. They both need to go.
