Shareholders shouldn't be waiting for a change in Government because TOE had very chance to gain its approvals two years ago but management failed its SH... management was focus and wasting SH time and funds on Gold and Nickel, ""Big mistake"".
Remember management had 5 big years to apply for approvals and now has been given an opportunity to apply for an approvals extension... But again management is failing its SH..
Time for management to GO..
