NS this is definitely the case and know of meetings held in this sector, however not with BMN... and thats not to say they aren't happening, I am sure they are.
When you think of the cost for a company to build a reactor, the fuel is the small part, but needs to be tied down and near all contracts to build today come with a suply contract for a term.
The difference today is the fuel is the last thing to be locked in, as the large utilities and funds like most of us all got burnt during the last hype, so things need to be locked down now before they will enter.
for BMN, that means DFS and Permit must come first, otherwise they are just one of the pack, so we have 12mths to wait on that basis.
