Hello Guys
A while back Mr Hill and his NTL friends went to Victoria to a mine Named the A1.
They ran into a well known Waihi miner who was working there .
He had bored out a face that had approx 80 holes in it .They asked him how long that took him .
He replied had started boring at 9am .They were very surprised and suggested his miners would take a great deal longer to bore that many holes .
Mr Hill also talked about putting rails back in the mine and asked the miner what he thought of that idea .
Mr Hill may now understand what worked perfectly well in the past may still work today and that experienced airleg miners can break a great deal more dirt than is being broken at the moment .
