I would like to help regarding you request about UII but I think I am restricted from mentioning names (legal stuff).I can only allude to the fact that, from my understanding, UII is a registered company and you are probably correct about the previous shareholding and its then value of a bit over A$20K.As for its rapid demise into administration it really comes as no surprise given the people who were running it and who, by all accounts, should be making an appearance in the court but that rather depends on whether they pull their finger out and get the required documents on the table. It all smells very nasty from that direction and I think you will find that UII may well have engaged in a somewhat nefarious transaction just before the end of the 2008 tax year.

I think someone is trying to "stir it up" and it comes as no surprise given that I know who it is and also the other party to that "transaction".
