    Why would the QAL board knock back a comercial decision that the MD apparently wants to do...any suggestions? Obviously there are numerous instances one can cite of boards overriding management recommnedations, but what would be the motivation of the QAL board? Any potential conflicts with Rio etc. in not seeing the pipeline get up??
