the lower it falls, the more shortage in the future it creates. however uranium is never like iron ore which can bounce up and down fairly quickly.. a smaller market than iron ore means more time will be needed before it goes up.. i guess a year or two at least and maybe also depend on japanese new government policy towards nuclear plants... china has already taken over ext, they are self-sufficient for good 10 years at least...
