I think the selling is because of the recent drop in spot price. PDN is very sensitive to the spot price.
Ukaine has 15 reactors. Clearly they don't want to continuously buy fuel from Russia. Recently they sign a deal with Westinghouse to get fuel for the next few years.
I think the Uranium companies in Russia are dumping Uranium now. They are losing customers even before any sanction.
I think the selling is because of the recent drop in spot price....
