How many votes does it take to get Mr James off the board and replace him with someone that can get the company moving? Maybe someone that can communicate. Might also save Icon $500K a year which would make the balance sheet look better....win win if you ask me.
I think he has been asleep at the wheel and doesn't know how to do anything different.
