    why would you buy more at 15.5 ?. Is this even a long term buy at present ?. Is there anything coming out of this white elephant of a plant. Not only are current holders facing 50 % dilution, but also the prospect of further cap raisings. The only possible consolation is GT has made a stand at 42 c
