lyc is the only RE producer outside of china. if lyc doesn't know, which one could be?
to build WA plant, japan will fund? to build US plant, trump will fund? LOL. that's what we are betting for..
CR? maybe....but before CR, can lyc share price up to moon??? if we get fund, upside more..LYC shut down? who knows..
LYC price might not wait you, just in when you can..the rest of Rare earth up in US. but those are not producers..DYOR!
