First I think Blue Line is a great idea and will be successful. If Lynas and Blueline need cash then maybe JARE can help and Blueline can commit some output to Japan the way they do NDPR from MAL. Maybe I am overly pessimistic about US Government funds because of what I have seen but I would really like to see them do it without Government funds. Simply because it is a big distraction and comes with too many conditions. Maybe this will be different but I saw Over a billion $ go to Solar industry and every company that got it failed. I 25 years ago saw Encore which was a parallels computing company doing very well in the high end modelling business get a big Darpa grant to do experiments.in the weather modelling sector. Back then we could be 99% accurate 7 days out. It took 15 days to input and process data. In fact much of the stuff we created is used to day. My entire group was taken off Liquid flow modeling and put on Weather. Liquid flow was very profitable and we were the best. Unfortunately management fooled themselves thinking we were far enough ahead to ignore it. Did not take long for someone better to come along.

Nothing in life is Free. And "FREE MONEY" in my opinion is a curse.
