Because penny stocks are easily manipulated & a bit of herd mentality here makes charts. Indexes don't move in the same manner.

The megaphone has been there for all to see for a long time irrespective of Martis anyone with a chart can see although most would just prefer not to.
Bull markets get erratic in steep ascent hence they end up with megaphones that in time become their demise.
Tight stops & don't keep denying when it turns.
